There are many tips on how to become a successful person. Men of great influence also contribute to these data daily by sharing what they have done to get them to the top. This kind of information is necessary! However, it can also be overwhelming. So many individuals are chasing after a dream but never have a time to reflect on what they have achieved so far. This is the reason why these three habits below are important in the world of hustling and bustling:

To think this word is clich√© is to torture yourself! There is one thing meditation sets out to achieve, paying attention. It brings the mind back from wandering through the dialogues it has been engaged in. Before and after a day’s work, it is necessary to reflect on what you have set out to do and what you really achieved. This is a mental exercise that can help you set things in order. It brings your attention to details that you may have omitted and helps you to make informed decisions. A time of reflection is not a waste.
An exercise that helps in paying attention is to close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Avoid thinking about anything and waggle your toes. This brings you to the present and creates a peaceful atmosphere (both psychologically and physically).

Learning how to organise yourself is a great habit to develop. Decluttering is a process whereby you put things in order and eliminate the unwanted ones. For example: you want to wear the one pair of shorts that you have and the only way to do that is by going through the heap of clothes on your bed. This can be annoying and in that moment, a big time job. In contrast, if all of your clothes were properly arranged in your wardrobe, it would take you less than a minute to find the shorts. This also happens in many other areas of life. If you are overwhelmed with a large number of tasks to perform at the same time or you have so many ideas in your head trying to find expression all at once, all you have to do is declutter. Write them down in your journal and prioritize. This way, you can take them down one after the other.
Write a to-do list for today and put them into the following four categories:

Important and Urgent,
Important but not Urgent,
Urgent but not Important,
Not Important and not Urgent.


Laughter is good medicine. Laughing eliminates negative energy and helps create an atmosphere of optimism. There are ups and downs in business but you cannot enjoy the process if all you do is murmur through the trying times. Let out a laugh once in a while. Watching comic videos, listening to jokes, etc are ways to loosen up.
